Material preparation
The specifications and models of aluminum alloy doors and windows should meet the design requirements, complete with hardware accessories, with product factory certificate, material inspection report and stamped with the seal of the manufacturer.
The inspection of wind pressure resistance performance, air permeability performance and rainwater rope head performance shall meet the design requirements and relevant standards.
For doors and windows with thermal insulation requirements, the thermal insulation performance shall meet the design requirements and the provisions of relevant standards.
Anti-corrosion materials, caulking materials, sealing materials, anti-rust paint, cement, sand, connecting plates, etc. meet the design requirements and relevant standards.

The main structure has been accepted by the relevant quality departments. The engineering quality inspection has completed the handover procedures.
Play the center line of doors and windows according to the size required by the drawings, and play the indoor +0.5m horizontal line. Doors and windows should be installed along the edge of the full-height pop-up window of the building.
Check whether the size and elevation of door and window openings meet the design requirements. Doors and windows with embedded parts should also check whether the number, location and embedding method of the embedded parts meet the design requirements.
Check the aluminum alloy doors and windows. If there are split edges, channeling angles, uneven warping, excessive deviation, surface damage, deformation, loosening and large appearance color difference, it should be solved through consultation with relevant personnel, and can only be installed after passing the treatment and acceptance.
Paste protective film on the surface of aluminum alloy doors and windows. Check the protective film before installation. If it is damaged, it should be repaired and then installed.

operating process
1 Snap line positioning
Use a large line pendant along the full height of the building (the theodolite should be used to find the vertical line for high-rise buildings) to measure the doors and windows, and mark the doors and windows on each floor. And copy the actual distance between the door and window openings from the door and window edges layer by layer, and record and mark the ones that need to be processed.
The horizontal position of doors and windows should be based on the horizontal line of +0.5m in the floor room. Each floor must keep the same level of the skin under the window, and the lower mouth of the aluminum alloy door is 0.51m.
The installation position in the thickness direction of the wall shall be determined according to the design requirements and the Guandu of the window sill. In principle, the exposed size of the window sill board in the same room shall prevail, and the window sill board should extend 5mm below the aluminum alloy window.
2 Door and window opening treatment Door and window openings that are offset, not vertical or square should be chiseled or plastered.
3 Anti-corrosion treatment
When there are design requirements for anti-corrosion treatment on the four outer surfaces of the door and window frames, they shall be treated according to the design requirements. If the design does not require it, it can be painted with anti-corrosion paint or pasted with plastic film for protection, so as to avoid cement mortar directly contacting the surface of aluminum alloy doors and windows, resulting in chemical reactions and corrosion of aluminum alloy doors and windows.
When installing aluminum alloy doors and windows, if connecting iron parts are used for fixing, it is best to use stainless steel parts for installation metal parts such as connecting iron parts and fixing parts. Otherwise, anti-corrosion treatment must be carried out to avoid electrochemical reaction and corrosion of aluminum alloy doors and windows.
4. The aluminum alloy window should be fixed on the aluminum alloy bed through the water according to the actual requirements, and the position should be correct and the installation should be firm.
5 Installation of aluminum alloy doors and windows in place According to the drawn door and window positioning lines, install aluminum alloy door and window frames, and then temporarily fix them with wooden wedges.
6 Fixing of aluminum alloy door and window frame The aluminum alloy door and window frame and the wall are generally connected with fixing pieces. The fixing pieces are mostly 1.5mm thick galvanized sheets, and the length is processed according to the needs of the site.
The connection between the road alloy door and window frame and the wall opening should be firm and reliable, the distance between the fixing points should not be greater than 600mm, and the distance from the frame corner should not be greater than 180mm.
